Wake­field Logis­tics Indus­tri­al Park is a new­ly extend­ed and refur­bished stor­age and dis­tri­b­u­tion ware­house in a pre­mier dis­tri­b­u­tion loca­tion in north­ern Eng­land. The prop­er­ty is infra­struc­ture-crit­i­cal for Inte­grat­ed Third Par­ty Logis­tics (ITPL) to facil­i­tate stor­age and dis­tri­b­u­tion for the adja­cent Coca-Cola pro­duc­tion plant. The Coca-Cola plant is the largest soft drinks plant by vol­ume in Europe and man­u­fac­tures and dis­trib­utes more than 100 mil­lion cas­es per year.
